The steady motion of an incompressible dusty gas in porous media

The differential equations governing the steady flow of an incompressible dusty fluid through porous media are solved numerically to illustrate the effect of introducing a small concentration of dust, by volume, on the fluid-phase characteristics. The fluid is assumed to flow through a finite porous channel into a two-dimensional line sink. A comparison is made between this type of flow and the dusty-fluid flow in a nonporous channel at zero Reynolds number.
