On summability theory and method of Fourier series

In this paper, we construct a new integral operator Hn,l(f;x) through W. Rogosinski sum in Fourier series. The convergence order of Hn,l(f;x) is the best for f(x)∈C2πj,0⩽j⩽l, where l is arbitrary odd natural number.
