Orthogonal continuous segmentation polynomial

摘要

Operator of cyclic group is applied to divide the cyclic group space into orthogonal subspace. Function without symmetry (local defined polynomial) is expanded to function defined in the whole area by the cyclic group. Using the subspace of group to get the orthogonal segmentation polynomial.
