Highlights:

• Due to the PDTSM is more general than the DTSM and the ADTSM, this paper designs a reliable output feedback controller for the discrete-time PDT switched PWA systems against deception attacks, which makes the issue more universally applicable.

• Considering that the discrete-time PDT switched PWA systems are interfered with by DAs, the designed output feedback controller can not only ensure the stability of the systems but also against the influence brought by DAs.

• The mean-square exponential stability and H∞ performance analysis criterion for PDT-switched PWA system that subjects to DAs are deduced and the design procedure of the reliable output feedback controller against DAs for PDT-switched PWA systems is obtained
