C1 interpolation on a polygon

摘要

We construct a two-sided Boolean sum interpolant which interpolates function values and derivatives given on two adjacent sides of a polygon. There are n such interpolants for a polygon of n sides. A scheme which interpolates function values and derivatives given on all sides of the polygon is then developed by using a convex combination of all those interpolants.
