Information semantics and the conceptual schema

摘要

The semantics of various proposals for Conceptual Schema languages are compared and contrasted. Concepts are defined using logic and class theory notation, so that terminology is reduced to a common basis. A basis for handling temporal aspects of an Information System is provided.
