Boundary value problems for nonlinear impulsive integrodifferential equations

We consider boundary value problems for nonlinear impulsive integrodifferential equations in which impulses occur at fixed times. By suitably modifying the notions of upper and lower solutions we establish existence results in a sector, then develop the monotone method and prove the existence of extremal solutions of the impulsive integrodifferential equations. As an application, we derive some existence results for a boundary value problem for a third order impulsive differential equation.
