Global asymptotical stability of dynamic systems with modified contractions

摘要

The global asymptotical stability of dynamic systems with discrete time scale is analyzed when the state transition function is a nonstationary linear combination of the identity mapping and a contraction. The convergence result is applied for cases when only small changes in the state are possible during each time period. Such cases are found, for example, in the theory of multiproduct oligopolies.
