In this study, we have found lower bounds for the spectral norms and Euclidean norms of Cauchy–Toeplitz and Cauchy–Hankel matrices in the forms Tn=[1/(g+(i−j)h)]i,j=1n, Hn=[1/(g+(i+j)h)]i,j=1n.
