摘要

The revocation of a supervisor's authority may affect the authority of other individuals who were previously delegated authority from that supervisor. A range of strategies for automatic authority revocation is presented. Each strategy supports a different degree of automatic revocation of authority from subordinates. These revocation strategies may be applied to organizational structures with distributed authority, such as database administration functions distributed among several individuals or military security organizations consisting of individuals with differing levels of security clearance.
