摘要

In online social media, social interactions among users are an important process to consensus building. Particularly, wiki platforms are one of the most powerful tools for encouraging and managing such social collaborations. These wiki platforms can be extended to collaborative knowledge management system. However, since the wiki systems allow users to use their own semantics and backgrounds for describing resources, there are often conflicts among users who describe the same wiki resources in different ways. Thereby, the aim of this paper is (i) to formalize such conflicts, and (ii) to rationally select consensus choice by measuring reputation scores of the wiki users. Especially, in this study, we have designed a semantic wiki platform to more efficiently represent the conflicts, and we have evaluated the proposed reputation model by analyzing how the conflicts have been reconciled (e.g., length of a social interaction cycle).
