Development, test and comparison of two Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) models: A case of healthcare infrastructure location

作者:

Highlights:

• 2 MCDA models: ER and AHP were developed to support the optimisation of the site location for a future healthcare.

• The Evidential Reasoning’s processes and results were compared with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).

• The ER and AHP models led to the same solutions; however, the scores were significantly different.

• A hybrid model is suggested based on the analysis of the experiments.

• It is argued that the most reliable MCDA framework was achieved by merging ER process with the pair-wise comparison.
