Direct three-dimensional analysis of electron micrograph pictures

摘要

A direct real space method is given for reconstructing three-dimensional objects from a rotation series of electron micrographs. The method consists of presenting a unique relation between the projection pictures and the original densities. This method is based on the solution of the coupled integral equations which relate the picture densities and the original object. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the theory.
