摘要

A brief consideration is made of various phenomena and processes in living systems suggesting that in order for these phenomena to appear, matter must be structured in a manner different from other condensed phases of matter. Pumps provided by energy dissipating processes, biochemical or otherwise, increase the photons, exciton generating processes, and photons induced by vibrations. These would be the necessary bosonic elements in a far from equilibrium situation. The reason for this choice along with other associated conditions is pointed out and a case for three boson fields presented in a proposition that is testable by measuring the consequences.
