On the period of Fibonacci sequences in nilpotent groups

In this paper, we will constitute 2-step Fibonacci sequences by the two generating elements of a group of exponent p (p is prime) and nilpotency class 5. Using a improved computer program, unless p=2 we show that the period of the Fibonacci sequences is pk(p) in GF(p) for certain prime numbers.
