Optimal harvesting problems for age-dependent interacting species with diffusion

We investigate the optimal harvesting problems of a predator–prey system for two age-dependent populations with diffusion. The existence and uniqueness of solutions for the system are proven using the fixed point theorem. The existence of optimal control and maximum principles for problems are obtained.
