A comment on “Biological computation of the solution to the quadratic assignment problem”

This note provides one counterexample to illustrate that DNA algorithm for quadratic assignment problem (QAP), especially DNA checking procedure which is proposed by Yang, Lu, Li, Liao in the above referenced paper is incorrect. We give the revised algorithm.
