Numerical evaluation of two-dimensional Cauchy Principal Value integrals

A twelve point cubature formula has been constructed for the numerical evaluation of two-dimensional real Cauchy Principal Value (CPV) integrals. Some particular cases of this rule have been discussed and the truncation error associated with the rules have been analysed.
