摘要
In this paper, we propose a new reversible aggregation model of job migration in multi-link cities to study the migration pattern of jobs in job markets. We regard each job position as a monomer in the aggregation process and divide the job markets into native and immigrant ones. Each job market has its transportation means that represent the level of traveling convenience, which determines the flow of jobs in each market. Through analyzing our model, we obtained results regarding the long term evolution behaviors of both native and immigrant job markets. Whether the existence of immigrant jobs benefit the society or not is shown via the analysis.
