Improved derivative bounds of the rational quadratic Bézier curves

摘要

A new derivative bound of the rational quadratic Bézier curves is obtained. It is an improvement over the bound which was regarded as a sharp bound in a recent paper. Also the new bound is superior to the existing bounds given by some other authors.
