Remove the salt and pepper noise based on the high order total variation and the nuclear norm regularization

Highlights:

• This paper proposed a new model through combining the HOTV and the nuclear norm with the ℓ1-norm fitting term to remove the SAP noise.

• Since the proposed model is nonsmooth, convex and separable, the classical alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) can be employed to efficiently solve the proposed model.

• We gave the convergence of the proposed algorithm.

• Some numerical implementations showed the effectiveness of our proposed model compared with several state-of-the-art models.
