Highlights:

• We develop a framework for investigating the percolation on simplicial complexes with arbitrary dimensions, where higher-order and pairwise interactions coexist.

• We assess the robustness of simplicial complexes and calculate many properties of our model analytically, including the giant components’ sizes and the percolation threshold.

• Novel phenomena named double transition is obtained. We investigate numerically and analytically the critical condition of double transition, a property that has not been thoroughly discussed in previous work.
