A waiting system with two stages

The effective service and waiting time are examined in a two-stage waiting sequential queueing system. There is no waiting room between the two stages, and the noncorrelated service case is considered. Operational indices when more than server is employed at the second stage are presented, as well as a fresh perspective on the blocking probability.
