摘要

Conflict group decision training has three key characteristics: dynamic situation, continuous decision, and cognitive co-operation. Previous models and systems do not entirely reflect these characteristics. This paper proposes a cognitive-based conflict group decision training framework. The conceptual model of the framework reflects the cognitive process and behaviour co-ordination among cognitive space, method space, information space, and resource space in a conflict decision process. The computing model of the framework formalises the conceptual model as an automata-based formalism, which is supported by a cognitive co-operation implementation mechanism and a dynamic conflict situation evaluation approach. A conflict group decision training environment ACTOR implements the framework. Decision makers can be trained in the environment that supports dynamic situation, continuous decision, and cognitive co-operation. An example shows the training process of using the environment.
