Security for the GPLAN system

摘要

This paper proposes a security system for the GPLAN planning system. The GPLAN system includes a data management system, a collection of application programs which process the data, and a query language which can request both data and programs. The security system handles both data dependent and data independent security as well as “threat monitoring”. The tables which define the security constraints are stored in the data base to provide maximum flexibility for modification in the future.
