The effects of communication monitors on user satisfaction

摘要

This study analyzes the influence of communication monitors (CM) on overall computer user satisfaction as determined by multiple regression. The variables user expectations, manufacturers and vendors are found to be the most significant variables affecting overall satisfaction, whereas the variables number of systems represented and not using communication monitors have the least significant effect in the user satisfaction model. The implications for improvements in CM by updates to a database are discussed and analyzed.
