DGMRES and index numerical range of matrices

摘要

In this paper, the index numerical range and index polynomial numerical hulls of matrices are introduced and some of their properties are investigated. Also, the relationship between the index numerical range and the numerical range of matrices are studied. Moreover, by using these notions, we study the convergence rate of the DGMRES method.
