2DInpaint: A novel privacy-preserving scheme for image inpainting in an encrypted domain over the cloud

作者:

Highlights:

• A novel inpainting scheme which can be performed in the encrypted domain over the cloud is proposed.

• User’s image is secured into multiple encrypted shares using ramp secret sharing scheme.

• The scheme utilizes 2D-bicubic interpolation for approximating the inpainted region.

• 2DInpaint is proved to be indistinguishable theoretically and experimentally under various cryptographic attacks.

• The reconstructed results are compared with existing partial differential equation and exemplar based schemes in plain domain.
